Pronto Business Maintenance and Services Inc. operates with a transparent and fair process for removing unauthorized Clothing and shoe Donation bins. Upon receiving removal authorization from Property Owners or Property Management companies, we initiate our process by posting 24-hour removal notices. This gives the bin owners a warning and an opportunity to remove their property. We notify the Bin Operators by Certified Mail that their bin has been removed and by whom.
If the bins are not removed within this period, we proceed with the removal and store them for 60 days. This storage period allows the owners ample time to recover their property. Donation Bin Operators must pay the removal charge, administrative fees, and storage fees to retrieve the bins. However, if the bins are not claimed within 60 days, we proceed with the disposal of the bins on the 61st day and notify the Bin Operators by Certified Mail that their bin has been disposed of..
